[Android] Nzb360 Pro $7.49 (Was $14.98) @ Google Play Store

1400

To celebrate a decade of nzb360 the app dev is giving 50% off Pro licences for 48 hours. Awesome app if you torrent, nzb, plex, radarr, sonarr, lidarr, couchpotato, etc. Awesome app and its highly rated in the app store.

      • You can use system like traefik and pass API keys via nzb360 to access sonarr etc. The webUI versions can also be accessed but it can be setup via an OAuth step to make it more secure.

        • traefik is the way.

      • just hosting a VPN is absolutely the correct play.

      • wow an IT expert … you seems to be choosing the wrong career going by nickname :)

  • I can see alot of benefits with pairing this with Tailscale, allowing secure access from outside of the local network!

Just set up everything - works like a charm! Woot!

  • I like the look of this app but not sure it's what I need.

I have a "server" setup that runs Sonarr, Radarr, SABnzdb, deluge (actually might have changed from that).

On the whole it works well. But would be super handy to manage those services from my phone.

Will this do that? Downloaded and no documentation which isn't exactly helpful (well that I could find anyway).

    • +1

Just found the help centre. So think I'll be right to get it working now.

    • yes is the short answer.

  • Cost dl by mistake how do I stop and get refund ?

    • refund within 15 mins if you uninstall the app, default for all paid apps

  • Bit out of 25 min see if it happens

  • Does anyone use this with reverse proxy? I pass all my stuff through nginx so my sonarr API isn't being picked up, I think it's something to do with the auth not working..

    • +2

see if you could pass basic auth by sending it through the headers and config ur reverse proxy to take the headers and send as basic auth

    • +1

I've tested it with reverse proxy, but with caddy. It worked for me. Didn't ask me for an auth, I'm assuming the API key let's it bypass the auth, which concerned me slightly.

I ended up using Tailscale instead of reverse proxying sonarr/radarr

    • Yes i run everything through reverse proxy (swag on unraid)

      app works for this scenario.

  • Thanks for the share. This is awesome

  • +2

I use this all the time as well. Great find.

A must have for those that are using usenet and the usual apps Sonarr, Radarr, Sickbeard, Lidarr, bazarr, Couch potatoSABnzdb, nzbget, etc, It allows you to easily add shows/movies directly from this app! Its also regularily updated.

Just note, this isnt the servers I mentioned above.. it just allows you to easly access them from your mobile app

I just may buy a second account support them.

  • As someone whom uses Sab, Sonarr, Plex - what does this do exactly?

Sonarr already grabs everything and sends it to sab, which then plex sorts.

    • Adding new shows to monitor. Manually searching for old/missed episodes. Basically everything you do from all the various web UIs in a single app.

      • Ah ok, I just do that on my computer.

        • +1

exactly - sometimes you're out and about and someone recommends you a show, so you can immediately add it from a convenient app

  • +1

WOW - I didn't know this existed, I just used a webpage to do this on my phone but it was so clunky to do so - easy for me but a nightmare for the family.

Just bought, thanks OP! For anyone having trouble using a reverse proxy, under Primary Connection Address use the format: https://username:password@url/appname

  • Went to purchase, but looks like I paid $6.99 for it last November and haven't got around to using it yet.

I don't mind just jumping on the PC and using my indexer to find what I want, when I want it, but the automation people are using does sound neat…

    • +1

Honestly if you understand how to use an indexer and a downloader/reader like sabnzbd, using a front end like Sonarr and Radarr will be a piece of cake for you.

  • +1

This app is a game changer. Never have to touch my PC as a result.

  • I see upvotes
    I buy it

Had Google credit so go it for 2.49$

Now someone tell me how to use it plz
    Haha

    • ha ha ha

    • How did you manage to get it for $2.49 ?

      • +1

        Had 5$ Google credit ..
        Cheers

  • Geez I'm having some issues with accessing sab etc. using a VPN :( Won't connect at all. Googling sent me down a rabbit hole and now I need to lay down with a cup of team. Anyone have a easy to follow guide which lets nxb360 work with VPN's? Thx!

  • +2

I purchased.. but its not recognizing the upgrade. I tried retrieving license, and sending a comment to the dev. Anyone else had this issue?

    • me, i have this issue
will wait for response and see what happens

      • +1

dev got in touch, and sorted it out

Shame they don't offer a way to purchase this without play store. Fortunately it's pretty easy to crack anyway.

    • Lol gotta love the irony of all those downvotes

      • I already purchased this many years ago however I don't use play services anymore so I cannot use the pro version I purchased.

I made a script that automatically downloads the latest version and cracks it so downvotes away :) These people probably couldnt crack anymore if their life depended on it.

  • is the $7.50 / $15 price a in app purchase? Can't find it inside and having trouble working out if I already own this. I've found the WebUI for Sonarr has come a long way and I have TransDroid which is free.

    • yep, its an in-app-purchase. slide main page to the right, and you'll see a 50% off sale

      • sweet, seems I did already have it, retrieved license. I guess with all the love its getting in this thread I'll have to give it another go.

  • For synology user which app is still working and can automates tv show download from torrent?

Couchpotato used to work but it broke a while ago i think?

    • +2

Install docker and run the *arr ones. Radarr, sonarr, Readarr, bazarr, prowlarr, etc. active development occuring and linuxserver have good docker images. I run with docker-compose. The tv one is sonarr

      • +1

ok. i will find time to study what is this docker thing, everyone else seems to use it but not me.
when i got my synology 8 years ago i dont think docker exists

      • @greater mimic one question: i know synology packages, the community sources where i see radarr sonarr etc. they are not docker, right? so the docker version of those apps are much better?

        • I think you can install docker as a Synology packages and then you can run docker commands to install sonarr etc.
I imagine the docker ones are better maintained and updated but not entirely sure. I'm not an expert on this stuff, but I install everything via docker compose

  • Bought cos it's ozbargain. Now, to set up the apps for integration… 😂

  • +1

Awesome app, had this now for years. Works beautifully to help manage server apps like Sonarr, Lidarr, Radarr and Sabnzbd. Regularly updated and new features added. 👌

  • +1

Thanks OP and the rest of the knowledgeable posters.

As a retired gran, I'm familiar with torrents, newsgroups, mobilism etc, but have never automated them. This sounds like a fun thing to try.

Learning a new thing everyday keeps you young they say.

  • I find the comments of people saying they don't need this because they can do it on their PC quite funny. It's like yeah that's the point of this app, so you can do it even more easily and on your phone, and it's only the cost of a couple coffees

  • Been using this app for years, there's no better way to remotely manage sonarr/radarr/lidarr/prowlarr. It's also a great way to access other web portals like a locally hosted adguard DNS server/pihole etc

The app is constantly getting UI upgrades and new features, feels like every time I open it there is always a tweak or something new, if you use any of the apps it services then it's definitely worth the small charge.

  • +1

Great app. I use it to manage my server spot and everything in one place when away from desktop. An honourable mention should go to lunasea which I don't use cause I paid for this but I believe that's free.

  • Thanks!
Was using lunasea but the trakt/Plex/IMDb integrations on this look amazing. Both developers of both apps seem like great people. Happy to support them!

People download NZB on their phone?

  • Went to purchase but it comes up as $14.99
    I'm guessing it's expired?
