Oh! I just check the receipt it show TCN Teen,
But is the TCN GIFT package@Kathiepink: I think that was the reason why it didn't work. They used the product code of Teen for Gift when activating. Did you activate them on the self serve machine yourself or by the help of Woolworths staff? Are the wrong ones and correct ones activated in a batch in one transaction?
@gao234: I activate them on the self serve machine, the wrong ones and correct ones activated in same transaction! I thought only one card mistake, I went back the same store today purchased another 4, all can’t swap to ebay, show TEEN on the receipt
@Kathiepink: Then I think it could be either TCN or Woolworths messed up the product code on the wrong ones in their system. Either way the proof is solid enough as you can show them both the cards and receipts, and clearly the last 4 digits on the receipt match the card but the card type on the receipt is different from the face of the card.
@gao234: Woolworths is right, the receipt show GIFT, is the right cards, receipt show TEEN, but package is GIFT, so that mean Barcode correct, but the cards is TEEN, but printed GIFT
@Kathiepink: Did you manage to finally get your GIFT sorted? I bought 10 and only 1 is the real GIFT :(

With the GIFT gift card, can I only use 7x + promo code for eBay?

You can’t use the original GIFT card directly on eBay, you have to swap it.
And it’ll be a one-for-one swap so if you buy 7 * GIFT cards you’ll end up with 7 * eBay cards.
No way to stack them and no way to get around that gift card limit on eBay

Damn, just saw the PSA on TEEN gift cards. I bought 10 of these stupid GIFT cards and they are all TEENS :-(
Contact the support with screenshots of the cards and receipts and they will send you ebay card (or whichever you wanted GIFT for). Just did this 2 days ago.

What does the receipts of the cards with problem say? Do they have "TCN Gift" or "TCN Teen" printed on them?
