Dell 27 Inch Gaming Monitor S2721DGF $449 Delivered @ Dell eBay

200
DSLL20

Original Coupon Deal

This excellent price on a very good 1440p, 165hz monitor might've passed you by when it was posted by DealBot as an ebay plus deal. Even without the ebay plus sub, it is still a very tidy $449 delivered using the DSLL20 code.

Its worth it to get a month of eBay plus to get the $409 price…

Can also just sign up for 1 month of eBay Plus for $4.99 and it still works out cheaper.

    Displayport and HDMI only…

Yes there might a few stragglers holding on to DVI and VGA but these aren't the monitors you're looking for.

      As opposed to?

Graphics cards haven't had DVI for some time now.

If you really need DVI, you can get DP to DVI Adapters cheap but you won't get 1440p @ 165hz. You will get 1440p @ 60hz and maybe even 100hz (I recall the Korean monitors doing this with DVI) but you're missing out.

I can see why some people still use DVI. But if you're spending $400 on a monitor you really should have moved on some time ago.

If you're using VGA, don't buy this monitor..

      • why on earth would you use DP to DVI when DVI and HDMI are identical signals? Just get a plug adapter

        • Not the point to be taken from the post. We just stock DP to anything at my work.

Got the eBay plus deal and it's arriving tomorrow instead of the end of June previously outlined, if that helps anyone.

Yeah, Dell eBay generally has really conservative shipping times.

I have one and it's bloody brilliant. Enjoy!

eh, i feel like the 27gn850b for $399 delivered from computer alliance might be the better deal. having said that ive had amazing experiences with dell support - my s3221qs turned up completely wrecked and their replaced it within a day or two, going as far as to pick up the monitor from my place. that might be a given but i was impressed, personally. moreover they refunded me the difference when a lower price came up a few weeks later.

And here I am still waiting for May's alleged "high" prices.

    Glad I didn't panic buy.

So we can all agree that Dealbot is a salesperson and lied to us? "Oh buy now cause prices are going up" Source: trust me bro. I got in at 409 on Dealbots 200u sale but 449 here is like the usual price, no price hike. Bought cause of FOMOd.

  • Once in a while, when I power on the monitor, it kinda hangs and I need to power cycle it to work. Does anyone have same issues?

    • Not sure if it's the same issue, but my monitor would have a black screen/no menu despite turning it on. Turning off 'auto-select' source fixed it. Link: https://www.dell.com/community/Monitors/S2721DGFA-DP-not-wak…

      • Ah Ok, but I need the auto-select as I keep switching between work laptop and gaming PC every morning and evening. Thanks for the link.

  • How long do dell usually take for delivery. They advised July ffs

    • I bought this monitor on the 1st of June; delivery notice on the 3rd of June and an estimated delivery of the 7th of June this week.

    • Ordered 1st March, yet to be delivered. Wish I was joking.
