  Looks like some decent rates, I noticed the terms on their website say "Apply by 31st May 2022, and settle by 31st August 2022."

  Will that be extended since 31 May is unattainable?

  What's the initial costs charged by St George (not government charges etc.) for moving to St George, and can it get waived?
  What's the annual costs of having an offset variable mortgage with St George - and can that be negotiated to be waived too for the first year?
