  Thanks OP.
  This worked for me on the Angus & Robertson eBay store, which was already the cheapest option for a physical book I was looking for. eBay was promoting this deal yesterday on the item page, but today they are promoting the AFTERPAY10 one, o you need to go to checkout to try it out.
