        Besides selling stock they didn't have, after 1mth of not receiving them, I spent 3wks back & forth trying to get a refund (one person would promise one, the next would say no, you need to wait, back & forth). Finally got fed up and said I'm going to the ombudsman, which will cost you more then the refund, they said we'll go buy a $2 Sim & we'll give you $2 credit! So.off to the ombudsman I went. Within 48hrs 3 people from Telstra had gotten in touch, first to give me a refund, the next to make sure I was happy and the third to double check it was sorted & they could close the complaint.

        Over the years I've had a few issues with Boost and everytime it's just a mess

      Yes contact Boost support (i done it via messenger) and they can "port" your number from your old Boost sim card to your new Boost sim card with the credit.

      Yes, you need a 5G phone of course to enjoy the 5G connectivity.

    I had gone through the page it says below instead of saying the plan is for 365 days
    SIM EXPIRY 29-09-2023 (365 days expiry starts from the day customer activates the sim card)

    • I'd port. It means every expiry/recharge will be inline with EOFY deals, which means a good deal every year :).

    • Purchased a sim when this deal was posted. Have not received it yet, and estimated delivery was 15th June. I Contacted AusPost and they said to contact OzTechBiz (likely so you can do their job for them :)). I did that last week but no response. Any chance for a follow up?

        For future instances, you could ask the seller to send you the SIM serial, and at the same time you can grab a spare sim or eSim from the Telstra store.

        Once you’ve activated, you can do a sim transfer immediately.
