      I mean, if you're rubbing it on a bunch of people before yourself, sure. Staph is a bacterial infection. You get it from other people, mostly.

    If you're using these to lance pimples, disinfect before and after using so that you aren't spreading the P. acnes bacteria around your face. Use 70% ethanol solution or pass it over the gas flame on stovetop.
