    I've just bought one- even though I've never heard of you :).

    $21 for 2 years com.au is pretty competitive… and if the 2 years free hosting is any good I'll stick around for the long term and transfer my other domains as well.

    Let's see how we go!

    I take it this offer is only for the initial domain purchase period. So after the 2 years we would then pay the $2 per month for the hosting as well as the cost of the domain, correct?

        Their refund policy is nice and transparent, which is reassuring.

        There's some horror stories out there (just read up on Whirlpool and it wont take long to see one company that has a terrible record), where they encourage a long term service contract and then offer a crap service with no recourse. Ok, you cant expect refunds on domain registration… but on hosting and email services, hell yes. Poor service/down time is almost a way of life out there. Too many 'high quality' services that are anything but.

        I'm giving these guys a go because they are competitively priced, have local servers, and back their product with refunds.

        Happy to support a local business if they offer the goods I'm looking for.

    The free hosting is pretty bad, I have been experiencing a lot of lag etc. and I don't even get much traffic.

      Our servers are with VentraIP and we do not oversell our accounts. The server resources are still quite under-utilized. If you feel that there is some lag, please raise a ticket with your ping and traceroute information and we will make sure that it is resolved.
