Hi guys. Some great news after days of discussion with Pizza Hut (don't worry, I haven't been ignoring your comments lol). We're making good to Cashrewards members that may have been impacted during last Friday's Pizza Hut glitch. So if you don't have a successfully tracked Pizza Hut purchase showing in your Cashrewards account, you should now have a $10 credit instead (please check).

It's going to save you needing to submit a claim (please do not lodge any tickets), and hopefully goes some way to restoring faith in Pizza Hut for the downtime last Friday.     Couldn't get it through after many attempts.
    Got to adding to cart once on phone and once on PC but no further. Ordered Dominos instead.

    It's annoying, not so much the money as the frustration and disappointment.

      Its pretty much been ozbargained and putting a lot of load on the server. The voucher codes do work, but it may take some time/tries. Its interesting that the offer was on a Friday when Pizza is very popular, as well as the restricted times of the offer this time contributing to the problem.

    So I paid and then the website crashed so I got a PayPal payment receipt but no confirmation email with an order number from pizza hut so I get to the store for pickup and they have no record of the order

      This is CR + PH collab.

      While CR side is working perfect and I got my tracking almost immediately, I've been standing inside pizza hut for the past hour and half waiting for my pizza. Each time they said 15 more minutes.

      Someone else here is still waiting and they ordered at 6pm.

      Looks like those who ordered early all got charged but never made it into the store. This is a massive sh!tfest

      I received an order number and it tracked on CR, but store doesn't have the order. So I know I did it right.

        I did it at the bottom of the transaction….it was something like have a problem or something along those lines and I clicked on that and filled it all in as best I could, considering there was no actual order

    Fortunately things went well on my end. Paid via paypal using the CR app. Order tracking was pretty quick once I got past the payment screen. Cashback also tracked in ~5 mins. Thanks TA for the free meal! :)

    Wow tonight has been highly frustrating. It normally works perfectly, but after multiple attempts from 6pm I have numerous charges from Paypal as well as my credit card & still no order. My last one went through with tracking & an order confirmation, but I've now received a text from Pizza Hut stating, "we are having issues with confirming this order with the store. There may be some delay to your order"… this was 20 mins ago

      You must have checked your CR acct before the cap had a chance to kick in. Once it does (around 5 minutes), the tracking email is generated :)

      @jikijiki dunno what's going on with them, but we do this all the time. never had an issue. 2for1 isn't a code, it's applied automatically, just make sure one of the large pizza's is $15.95. thn apply the 30% code. thn pay via PayPal. thn time travel back in time before 11:00pm and try it (or wait for the next time this promo occurs).

      Flemington for me too. Got through once (just before 7PM) where they told me to wait. Waited half an hour and have tried calling them multiple times since to tell them to not worry about it if they ever do get my order, no dice.

    During ordering, got error messages, but just click the cross to close error message and continue. Order got through, payment via paypal. Cashreward tracking email 3 minutes after order confirmation. So probably lucky.
