Hi guys. Some great news after days of discussion with Pizza Hut (don't worry, I haven't been ignoring your comments lol). We're making good to Cashrewards members that may have been impacted during last Friday's Pizza Hut glitch. So if you don't have a successfully tracked Pizza Hut purchase showing in your Cashrewards account, you should now have a $10 credit instead (please check).

It's going to save you needing to submit a claim (please do not lodge any tickets), and hopefully goes some way to restoring faith in Pizza Hut for the downtime last Friday.             @CodeXD: Nothing wrong with using the same payment methods. Only thing fraudulent is if you have more than 1 CR account yourself. Nothing wrong with your parents (for example) using the same payment method you do for Pizza Hut

    Ah ffs should have read comments first. Payment went through but only went back to order page. Last time this happened, PH insisted they did not take my money even though I told them I'm looking at the charge right in front of me a week after it went through. Had to file a PayPal dispute.

        Phone customer service is next to useless. He told me "it's impossible for us to charge you if the order doesn't exist", we'll my credit card statement told a different story
