I have one of these and after a few years the material on the front surface around the alienware logo is super brittle and falls off with slight pressure under my finger to reveal an ugly grey sandy looking surface.
Thanks, ordered and cancelled. Was ever only going to use this for travel, no point if it will start to degrade over a couple of years. Its fairly common with some of these soft touch surfaces…….
I really like mine, bought 5 years ago, the build quality is amazing, it also come with an accessory bag, i only use it when travelling though
I have had mine for about 3 years and use it daily, still going strong.
a gaming bag should have LED lights on the back :P
