      I tried I think UGGexpress first, seemed to be chinese size as it was like 3 sizes smaller.
      Tried UGGaustralia and its top notch, true to size.

    UGG slipper sole peeled off after 3 weeks. When asked for replacement for new they agreed but asked for return postage. After returning their slippers they refused to send back a new pair citing the slipper was used. Essentially holding you hostage. They also cheated by making their size smaller than labelled. One of the worst scam company I encountered on ebay.

      My experience was also bad, received differently branded boots to what was advertised. It seems the tannery makes a number of brands.

      UGGAustralia.com.au doesn't have an eBay store; there are two Chinese UGG stores in eBay, their sizing is tiny and their products are made in China.

      I would also like to know this, the pairs I bought and returned were super lightweight and flimsy. Many comments in other posts of the soles detaching from the boot.

    UGG is a big scammer. They only lightly glue the sole to the slipper so it peel off easily. Also they "underlabel" their size so that they use less material on slipper production to save costs so customers get a raw deal. Most ruthless company I ever encounterd on ebay!

    Your size chart tells me I need a Mens Size 14 to fit my US 13 feet.

    I'd be ordering but the largest available on your site is size 13 (to suit a US 12).

        I’m US12 (UK11) in normal joggers, your size chart says to buy size 13 on the shop, but someone above says these run larger than normal sizing; can you confirm what size I should buy ?

                @UGGAustraliaOfficial: Thanks for your assistance. All my interactions with Ugg australia have been great and my scuffs are going strong years on. I bought this Eildon Ugg but on trying it on the heel slips and upper hope part is quite big but the foot and toe part is too small and cramped despite it being a wide foot- I noticed a few other people have mentioned about this style. Is it possible to exchange and anything else you recommend that’s on the cheaper side but a more comfortable fit? Thanks!

                  @dammit: Yes of course you can change, however it needs to be in good condition. The Eildon is a wider fit, it’s a great casual boot however designed for thicker calves, wide feet or ankles.
