Is the shortest setting on this 3mm according to the included clippers? That doesn't sound very short as it should really be 1mm and even then that's not as close shave as some others like ?Pitbull?. I would have bought it but the minimum 3mm is a turn off
Nah shortest guard is 3mm, but you can do it without a guard. Without a guard, it then has 5 levels of adjustment. The shortest one would be about 0.2mm I believe (like maybe similar to shaving with an electric razor). Longest without a guard I don't use, but am thinking maybe 1mm.
Is it safe to operate this without a guard? Like what is the risk of cutting yourself?
@KillerkratZ: Yep it is fine, have been doing it for 6 months once a week and never cut myself. It is like any other trimmer.
Does it come with a charger? I was reading the reviews and apparently it doesn't.
It comes with the USB-A to maybe figure 8 cable, no charger. Basically can plug it into any normal USB-A charger you have at home, so wasn't a deal breaker for me.
Damn shouldn't have been so quick to pull the trigger. It says it comes with a USB cable and doesn't mention a charger. Maybe they don't make Australian plugs? Does anybody know what V/A output the charger should have? There doesn't seem to be any technical information relating to this on their website.

Got mine today. Can confirm this comes with a charger. Looks decent too.
Great price, really decent clipper. Just be aware it doesn't go to skin (get a Pitbull if you want that) on the shortest setting, but very close.
Recommend keeping an eye on their eBay store as they usually put the same prices on there and then you can possibly apply discount codes.
