      That's what I'm wondering. I just signed up to Perks and the account page says I should receive a $10 welcome perk same as the original deal which is now long running. Yep, $10 voucher appeared in my email.

          I also bought this ring light. In fact I bought 2. Agree that it is very high quality. Very suitable as a desk lamp too. I bought it mainly for use in craft works - such as finishing up 3d prints, and when I am doing soldering, etc.

    If you have multiple vouchers, try not to redeem them under the same account even the codes are generic. I redeemed two yesterday and was told off by the staff that I can only pick one of the products I ordered online. "The code is strictly allowed once per account so I am not allowed to pick up two products under the same account" hat's his words.

      Redeem a lot on one account no questions asked… even picked up multiple and redeemed in-store no problem at the same time. Just mentioned this was a family account for tax purposes to keep the receipts in one place when they asked me why two separate orders.

        I'd say they've got mixed reviews. The RRP is $24.95 and $29.95 respectively and when you can get TWS bluetooth earbuds for that much then it's asking a lot. Both models get lots of 5 star reviews and lots of 1 star reviews (of almost equal numbers) with a few reviews in the middle. For $5 and $8 respectively, they're handy to have as a basic pair. ms sween64 uses a pair almost every night to mediate when she goes to sleep, she's heavy on cables and they've lasted 2 years.

    Does jb stores know how much an item is when purchasing as you never get a receipt showing just what you ordered.
    Yes I’m sure they are aware of prices of items in there store but just curious when it comes to online orders for click and collect if they know what you paid?
    I have a few perk vouchers and if items I want come into stock I want to use some.

    Obviously I’m store they know your using a voucher to go with purchase but are does the same go with click and collect.

      You get a copy of the invoice and they can see the invoice when they print it for you. Their ERP system also shows the price when they record your collection and has a verification.

        Ok cool but you never get a receipt officially as it’s just a print out of your item you got. The invoice probably automatically goes into your online order.
        But in other words they still see the price and what you paid.
        Is there any rules on how many perks you can use from same account multiple purchases or other accounts to purchase?

      I have more than one account and wanted to take advantage of these perks had some stuff laid aside for me so set them in two piles.
      My luck I had the main manager serve who said you can only use one as one per person.
      Had it been a staff member they probably not care any less and used both.

      I can’t order the items as not available only but they are kept for me, I just used the one as per manager’s request.

      I’m tempted to order other items I’m after from other’s stores that are showing stock of things I want but maybe it’s not worth the hassle and close me down.

      I’m sure many of here have used more than one and possibly only used it to get a free item. Least I’m buying items with it.

              It be nice to grab a few item’s im after but my store knows me to well and don’t want to spoil things.
              Yes there are other stores I can order from and can buy a few items in one store and few in another online.
              But your only supposed to have one perk?
              And order one item then followed by a second item order yes might work and probably does but it just need them to see this same person used a code twice.

              And doing this another store the same, there could be another promo coming up soon and ok I get then but I might be away when it happens and miss out.

              The get the maximum discount I would need to order item’s individually rather than say two at a time as the savings are worth it then. Otherwise I’m better waiting for a promo to kick off again.

                @bwatt72: What? Billing and collection is to different things. It just ID sighted to release. Sister has collected under my account in my name with her ID being sighted. You can always use the COVID excuse saying I'm redeeming on their behalf as they are in quarantine.
