Must be a glitch, I applied 30% off hungry jacks large meal but it discounted the entire meal.
With Dash pass, it waived the delivery fee (for orders over $20) so I just paid the service fee.
Example:
Grilled Master large meal: $23.55
Discount: -$23.55
Delivery (dash pass): free
Service fee: $2.36
= Total: $2.36
Not sure how long until the glitch is fixed!

Check the web page heading before joining as there are multiple sign up offers.

Yes - For me, the $20 min was considered on the original order amount of $22 for a triple whopper meal prior to discounts
