  • What does this normally cost?

  • Control Mac from an Android device?

My bad, there's no android app to download.

  • Just asking the question: how useful is this with AirDrop? I feel like i can control most things, maybe not quite all.

  • So you need to install their client software on your PC to control it? Pass.

    • Why? It sounds good in theory but I’m not too sure what the issue is with a client software

Some unknown app flashes up a website link and wants you to install their software that their allows an external remote control of your PC, and you're fine with that? You have no idea what else the software does, whether it allows them to connect behind the scenes, or possibly gives backdoor connections directly to your files.

I guess you're either more trustworthy, or more naïve, than I am.

  • Installed! Now time to figure out what I can use it for 😂 anyone have any ideas on the best ways to use it?

On your arse from the lounge?

      • Yes but controlling what on the computer I’m talking about. Other that music play/pause or scrolling a web page. Any shortcuts or useful features

I really don't get the fascination with these remote apps. A decent good range mouse can do almost everything these can do without any additional installs and security concerns. My Logitech MX Master 3 has never let me down :)
