  Last year they had the strawberry ice cream cart at South bank. Best ice cream I've had in Australia hands down

    The ice cream is made by a local company called Lick. They have 3 stores in Brissy and their stuff is stocked in a few places. The strawberry is incredible. Salted nut butter is my favourite, or caramelised condensed milk.
