          Proper website comparisons were upwards of 50% better elsewhere.

              @Aequitas: I'd use the Federal site, as I'm not in Victoria and costs are different everywhere.

              But I know in my experience, AGL was one of the worst going around.

        Yep, never use anything else other than a true neutral…. I recall a big company getting shown up/sued (that meerkat commercial) for only showing companies that suited…. comparethemarket or whatever it was.

      Depends. If you got like 10kw and pumping out 50kwh a day (I have ones on a shed on a farm and off season now so no energy use, only exporting) it can make quite a difference.

              Kindly follow the below steps to view the rates :
              1) Click on "View Details" section from the plan listing page
              2) Click on rates details tab
              3) You will be able to see three tabs :
              a) Single Rate
              b) Single + Controlled Load
              c) Time Of use

              In order to check the rates according to your tariff i.e. "Time Of Use" you will have to switch the tab from "Single rate" to "Time Of Use"

      Hey a1234my, AGL and ActewAGL will conduct a credit check and consider your history with them.

      AGL will use your details safely in accordance with their privacy and credit reporting policy and ask Do you consent to a credit check? you can choose the option accordingly and proceed with the application.

    the oz bargain link has been changed to normal landing page.Why is this? If its expired why not mark it expired? ps it was changed before it was expried so anyone signing up at the last minute would not get paid. My friend tried to sign up at 11.30 and saw the link had been changed from a couple of hours ago, so he missed out
