We started this family business 3 years ago as my snoring was causing issues in our 35+ year relationship. I was sleeping over 50% of the time in the spare room which was not what we wanted

I bought these in a prior deal and only gave them a go recently. Think i got the strong ones. Have sleeping issues as long as i remember, getting to sleep, staying sleep/waking up many times during the night, congestion when sleep etc you name it. Only thing that seemed to help was Vicks Nasal spray, but not meant to use that every day. Saline seems to do bugger all for me. Anyway, these actually do seem to help. The nights i used it i wake up during the night less and have less nasal congestion in the morning. By no means a silver bullet, but a definite improvement. I might give the clear ones a go.
