    Still worth it imo :)

  • I’ve heard that ascorbic acid does not even get accepted by the body as vitamin c and it simply gets rejected. Fact check anyone?

There’s a lot of research into vitamin c that supplementing it does not help the immune system fight colds.
Keep that in mind if you are buying it for immune support

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6124957/

    • Hmmm, the link that you posted suggests otherwise. Maybe have a read through.

For people who are too lazy to do that, it suggests "taking vitamin C from the first day of a cold helps (backed by many studies), but taking it everyday when you do not have a cold is not necessary."

      • The study suggests that vitamin c through regular nutrition is beneficial but not as a supplement. Which is why I wrote supplemented vitamin c

The studies are also very inconsistent. So take it with a grain of salt

Vitamin C has a lot more benefits than simply aiding in symptoms of a cold

What's the price like compared to iherb?

I've always wondered why it's chewable and just to be swallowed like other, easy to take pills, and how does it differ from the vitamin C that you swallow?
