    I just signed up for a new membership and it gave me the $10 off in the app however it might be from the 20th for exisiting members?

      That makes sense, sorry about that! I'm an existing member and the email I got this morning says "To claim this offer and get access to the benefits as a Ritchies Card member, you'll need to update your membership or app by logging into your account from 20th July and confirming your details.
      We'll send you an email next week with further details."
      Will give it a go now anyway and see what happens.
