hi everyone,

Found this on livingsocial - looks like you can use the voucher supplied on an AUD-funded account, it just converts the £20 of credit into the equivalent AUD amount.

I managed to order using my (Australian) 28 Degrees Mastercard and a UK address - just waiting for the voucher to be emailed to me. I received an email confirmation saying the voucher will be emailed to me within the next 24-48 hours.

edit: clarified that a 28 Degrees Mastercard is an Austrailan-issued credit card

    looks like you'd have to pay with a Credit or Debit card
    - bad enough, but that card -might- need to be UK-based.

    Anybody in AU, using an Aussie bank's Credit / Debit card
    have success with this one?

      The OP stated that they used their Australian 28 degrees card. I've purchased from Livingsocial UK before with my Citibank Australian CC. No problems at all.

    Note: I used my CBA credit card and it worked… the only thing is you need to insert a UK postcode to allow it to process… I just placed my aussie address PLUS a UK postcode :D

    I just put in the postcode for London City: E10 6FG

    Now just waiting for my voucher to be emailed to me….

        Dont use my referral link anymore… use someone elses… it says I got mine free now… but I dont see a recredit to my credit card nor do I see a second Skype voucher… :(

        I wonder how this really works…

    The way the referrals work is like a pyramid scheme. For 1 person to get it free, 3 people have to be referred. So if Mirage, me, and doopsie all get 1 referral each, no one gets it free.

    Of course, OP and Mirage deserve to get it free before me. Just don't click on the latest referral link because that benefits nobody (except livingsocial).
