      Horrendous reviews. I reckon I could sell poop in a jar and get a higher rating… I would include free bonus corn kernels in it, those guys would at least give me 2 stars.

        I’ve been happy with my Wyze cam and they now have a global store so it is easier to get one.

    Yooooo check out the investigation work from last thread on this dodgy Chinese company. I wouldn’t waste my money on it.

    Rep did NOTHING to address the issues/feedback other than copy pasting nonsense replies. I’m going to neg purely based on this. It’s up to the ozbargain community to vote on non-deals and show poor customer service and NON DEAL SPAMAZON is NOT WELCOME.

    My usual recommendation is Imou looc (reasonable priced ones been out of stock for ages though) or xiaomi cameras if you only want to spend roughly under $50 a pop

      Same, going to neg too for awareness. The deal posted in April wasn’t well received. Poor quality products with no local support or warranty. After sales support is useless. PayPal, Consumer Affairs weren’t able to do anything as their business is based in Asia

    Oof regarding your warranty disclaimer. A simple Google search of your warranty practices is vexing. I'm pretty sure your warranty policies are in breach of Australian consumer law.

    You can return the hard-disk drive, wires and other standalone accessories to us for replacement or refund within 90 days. Beyond 90 days but within the 2-year limited warranty period, a full refund is not available. You can request a replacement or repair but you will need to pay any necessary fee, including but not limited to shipping costs, service fees, etc

    and

    And the ANNKE warranty is also void in the following situations (not limited to):

    Products without sufficient proof of purchase
    Lost or stolen products
    Items that have expired their warranty period
    Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
    Free products
    Repairs through 3rd parties
    Damage from outside sources
    If you upgrade the firmware & software that are not provided by ANNKE and lead to the product damage, the warranty is also void.
    ANNKE is not liable for any loss of data incurred from the use of ANNKE products, and we are not liable for any returning personal item sent to us.
