Special Terms

  • During the 12 hour promo, cashback for Red Rooster is capped at $10 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Valid 12pm to 11:59pm 15/07/2022 AEST.

  • Cashback will not track to your Cashrewards account on pickup orders until you confirm your order via your Red Rooster email or text message.

  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the Red Rooster mobile app.

    As of 18/July 6pm, still untracked….

    • Missus and I put in an order each one minute apart.

      Hers tracked the next day, mine still not yet (picked up around 6pm).

      Fingers crossed mine comes through soon.

  • 96 hours and nothing tracked yet .. Used the Cashrewards app, no coupons, etc. Same with my partner.. Very disappointing

      Just wait the 7 days. Then file a claim.

      I'm sure TA will sort it out. Especially if you took a screenshot.

      • a what? screenshot? email from Red Rooster with order # not sufficient?

        • Whenever I do any cashback I take a screenshot on the final page especially if it's from within the internal CR or SB browser window, as evidence. Can't be disputed.

          • @kickling: This is unnecessary, red rooster order number is more than sufficient for submitting a claim.

              I just like to take a screenshot so that there is less hassle for me.

              • @kickling: Agree it shouldn’t be needed but also a screenshot takes 1 second to do so will be doing this in the future. Haven’t had any issues with CR tracking until now

        • Mine tracked within 4 hours from the purchased but not my wife account.
          Both were using CashRewards app on 5G with no coupon.

    • Yep exact same situation for me. Will probably have to file a claim

    • Another untracked here as well. Disappointed by my meal to so definitely going to follow up with a claim after the 7 days.

    Would a PDF copy of the order confirmation email be sufficient for filing a claim after 7 days?

    Also, I have to say CR tracking has been flawless up until this Red Rooster debacle.

    Such a great deal. Transaction tracked on the same day and I enjoyed my meal - usually never buy from RR but this deal made it possible

    Hopefully CR can bring more of these in the future

  • Mine never arrived either. It is in the click history but no email and no mention of it in the pending section. I have just sent through a claim.

  • Hmm. I submitted a claim on the 23rd (received confirmation email) but I see it's still in my click history and I can still send a claim on it … did something fail?

    • I noticed the same thing in my account. Not sure if they are still processing my previous claim or i need to send another claim?

    I sent through a claim and received a email that was sort of in HTML Code…and havent heard since then.

      We all would have received the same confirmation email.

      I lodged my claim (as soon as the button was available) last Friday. I haven't heard back either.

      I do note the following:

      A member of our team will be in touch within 10 business days regarding this purchase. Should we need further information to assist with your claim we'll reach out to you

    I finally get a response from Mary for my untracked order only to be asked to send my supporting information which I have sent previously anyone having this issue?

      Same here. The only email confirmation I have received from Red Rooster did not look like the one she is after….with order number, date and time. Don't know why my confirmation order looks different from what cashrewards are after. very annoying. Even sent my paypal receipt and still not good enough.

    • In the same situation. Had previously provided the confirmed order email, now have shown the sms confirmation screenshot. Hopefully goes through now.

  • Got email from cashrewards asking for order confirmation, loaded up the original sms and it still shows preparing for pickup

  • Got an email saying that they added the transaction to my account after sending in an enquiry on the 22nd. They also made it withdrawable immediately.

    • Good on you! Yet to hear my claim update from CR since filing it more than a week ago.

      The cashback was manually added to my account but it’s yet to be approved.

      • Nothing shows up on my account.

  • Got an email from CR asking for another upload of the receipt. They attached an image of what the email should look like, but my email does not look the same, so I sent back the same screenshot as my claim submission. I don't have anything else to send, except a screenshot of the SMS.

      same here. I just sent what I had and got an email from CR that said it had been approved! Hope everyone will get theirs soon!

      I had the same thing too, and had issues with the team directly. So I messaged @TA on here and they replied super quick and helped to resolve the issue in no time. Might be worth a shot sending them a message :)

  • Received this email today after sending a follow up email to CR support. Estimated approval 28/09/2022.

    I have manually added this transaction for you in your Cashrewards account and have queried it with the store on your behalf. Please keep in mind that Red Rooster transactions also track excluding GST and shipping.

    Please also note there was a cashback cap of $10 during the promotion.

    Any transaction that we query with Red Rooster can take between 30-90 days to resolve as the store needs to ensure the cooling off period has elapsed, your purchase has not been returned or refunded, and that their analytics attribute the sale to Cashrewards. Please disregard the Estimated Approval time frame listed against this transaction as this does not apply when querying a transaction with a store.

      Surely if it didn't track in the first place Red Rooster won't approve it? They should have held on to the food to return 90 days later when it gets rejected. 😆

      Yep, I got this same email. "Any transaction that we query with Red Rooster can take between 30-90 days to resolve"

      Is this normal? This seems pretty crazy. What else do they need to check? They can check I used their app to go through RR. I have evidence of ordering with RR and even SMS from RR. What more do they need lol

  • Anyone got this approved yet? Don't tell me we need to wait 2 months for approval when PH only takes a couple weeks!
