        You've never had decent BBQ chicken until you've tried Chicken Treat though. RR is light years behind.
        To experience the best BBQ chicken you'll ever have, you need to come to WA and buy a half chicken and chips from Chicken Treat.

        Nobody outside WA (and select QLD locations) will ever taste it until they come here. Red Rooster is owned by the same company as Chicken Treat btw, no idea why they don't just change it all up.

          I tried pickup last week, and it prompted me that the minimum order value should be $25.

            @GDayStraya: Maybe you initially selected delivery and then changed it to pickup? I got to the payment screen, (didnt pay obviously), but it didnt have any warning.

            e: The T&C's state:

            MINIMUM ORDERS

            The Service is only available where:
            The minimum order is A$25.00;
            The maximum order (paid for by cash) is A$100.00; and
            The maximum order (paid for by credit card) is A$300.00.

            Does not mention minimum order only applies to deliveries, so we may be in for disappointment tomorrow.

                @TanedaR: What I'm saying is the T&C does not explicitly say that the $25 is for delivery orders only. The T&C overrides whatever is 'said on the bottom of a page' since that is where everything derives from.

      No - the reply simply confirms to RR you are ready to collect your order.
      Once collected, CR tracks the purchase from RR.

        I only got an email containting a link saying "start preparing your order". When clicked the page it says "order is being prepared" even after i've picked it up and eaten it.

        Got a feeling I won't qualify for CR because of this oversight…

      if you check red rooster store locator, they do tell you which ones are delivery only and which ones also do click and collect.

      From experience, Order Delivery means they will to that suburb, Order Catering will do click and collect.
