    Cheers OP and TA for the deal.Cashback tracked just now @ 100% ($10) - 4 hrs after pickup.Order status still says “being prepared” . RR possibly wins the title for the worst real-time ordering platform.

    • I got the whole chicken and having it for dinner Monday night (husband is working tonight and Sunday all day and night…24 hour shifts) and we have (almost) free Pizza Hut pizza tomorrow night from a similar deal on Wed (you could do pre-orders)

      • Last minute order of 10 of these weird cheesy nuggets, saw the sign for $5 in store special, so free with the $5 voucher.

        It was next to the sign with the list of everything they DONT have and that list was huge. It's a wonder they are even open. But the amount of staff was probably a dozen at least.

    Picked up at 12:30 and still didn't track for me. A family member also ordered and picked up using their own CR account at the same time and it tracked for them. Hoping mine comes through later tonight or tomorrow.

    Kerb side pick up doesn’t work for Lakemba store. Waited for 15min and went in store to check and told that it’s not available at their store.

    To those who are going to comment about how hasn't tracked yet, mine came through about 3 & a half hours after, so don't stress straight away!

  • Wife pickup order 1:00pm tracked within 1 hour, l picked up my order same time but no tracking and still waiting. Pizza Hut should train the others how its done.

    Picked up orders before 7pm last night, still not tracked, over 13 hours~

  • Mine tracked 13.5 hours after pick up.

    Guys, please relax. Tracking is coming through albeit very slowly and sporadically so there’s obviously a reporting delay at RR’s end - but they will eventually get to you. As an example, I can see some orders made early afternoon reporting just now, so the delay is real. Let’s give it a couple of days - there’s nothing to worry about. We’re still well within the 1-7 day tracking period. Thanks.

    • I don't think any of my 2 transactions which were done via mine & girlfriend's CR app will be tracked, TA. How do I send claims for these transactions?

  • CR finally tracked- 17 hours after order placed (14 hours after order collected)

  • Still no tracking yet but will wait as TA commented. Btw i ordered spicy chicken meal, after taking home, i just found out that they gave me reds burger, not sure if they gave me wrong order or staff made mistake for my order.

    • RR has this weird system where they text and email you the web transaction ID, which is basically a hash.
      Staff members in store ask for an order ID, which is only shown after you place the order. Take note of it before you close the window/tab.

    This was an epic fail at my local. Ordered $13 of stuff, turned up and saw massive crowd inside. Clicked ready for pick up, went inside and waited for 20 mins while the staff struggled to pack order numbers well ahead of mine. Given my net cost was only $3, gave up and crossed the road to McDonalds…

      • I think it said it tracks once you send the message to RR confirming ready for pick up? It looks like it has tracked on my account anyhow lol

      • I should add that it looked like their POS system had gone down, so they were also taking walk in orders manually.. felt sorry for the staff, though they probably should have warned the walk ins about a long wait also.

    • I collected my order 15 minutes before my store closed and they were still furiously pumping out orders. Busiest day for a while I would imagine.

      • You'd hope RR head office worded them up and suggested rostering staff at appropriate levels. Some of the walk ins were amazed at how busy it was, as RR is normally a ghost town lol

    • Mine still not tracked yet, ordered & picked up around 6-7pm yesterday :(

    • Also tracked almost 13 hrs after ordering online, so fingers crossed will track for everyone eventually, be patient.

    Mad house yesterday at RR but can see the staff trying hard to be as quickly as possible snd still service with a smile and a polite ‘thanks for your patience” 👍🏼

    I ordered from Uber Eats a few weeks ago, and it took about 5 days to track. I didn't melt. Not once.

    My Red Rooter just tracked. Regret not buying the spicy chicken. Hope this deal comes back.
