Yep, unique code.
After a quick bit of research - what makes $19 special is thats the base fee for a month of Coles plus, they currently have a one month free trial offer so I guess this is just targeted to get you back in with the same deal as the newbies.

I was lucky in that I got an extra 3 months Coles Plus tacked on the end of my 1 month free trial earlier this year. I must admit it was good, and I did take advantage of it, but I personally didn't think it was worth paying for it when it finished. . I just don't shop there frequently enough to warrant the $19 p/m.
Usually do 1-2 online shops a month and happy to pay the $2 per delivery on the wide delivery windows. The $15-17 difference is better in my pocket. Other people will have different circumstances and may benefit though.
The benefits were ok, ie; free delivery on all delivery windows, more readily available same day deliveries, a separate call hotline for members which is way faster. The double points etc.
It's very expensive compared to the closest competitor Woolworths Delivery Unlimited which is a max of $15/month and you can pay for the whole year at under $10/month.
