So you purchased Red Rooster for dinner 2 weeks ago and spent $5, and returned to Red Rooster tomorrow spent that same $5 and received a large chips and drink at no additional charge, wouldn't you concede that the Chips & drink is indeed FREE?
Spending $5 to receive like $7+ worth of FREE items is a good deal imo.

Pfft! Tried getting this deal with 2x Large chips and gravy ($5), was told can't be used with promotional items 0.o
3 large chips, 2 regular gravy and a 1.25L drink. Should be a new menu item called Carbs and carbonation.
One thing I can assure you is it won't be coming out like gravy.

I logged into my account (not app) and I have the offer. But they havent sent emails since Chrsitmas
So for this to work you have to order $5 or more of food on the app and collect in store and when you collect your order you show them the voucher then you get your free chips and drink?
You can just order in store, tell them you have the offer on your app, and was asked for my mobile number (it seems tied to the mobile number used on your Red Royalty account)… no problems redeeming it.
