You are probably better off doing an EB Games pre order when they do it. I was avoiding it like the plague last year because I didn't want my money linked to EB only for it to take 6 months etc.
Then a friend did it and got the PS5 like 3 days later, then a family member did it and same story. So I did it just before Christmas and it said ETA was early Jan and sure enough not even a week later I got it.
Wasted sooo much time trying to snap one up on Amazon, Sony, Target etc, easier just to get in line somewhere and wait for it to come to you.

Again everyone should be lowballing and not buying retail or above retail for any stock except from a store. That is what is encouraging scalpers, or as I call them, scum bags.
