    Voltage - 1.2V
    CAS latency - 22
    Extended timings - 22-22-22

    • for gamers Amazon (via UK) has 2x16gb kit of HyperX Impact 3200hz sodimm for $210 delivered

that one goes 20-22-22 jedec or faster with xmp if hardware supports that

      from specsheet:

      • Default (Plug N Play): DDR4-3200 CL20-22-22 @1.2V
      • XMP Profile #1: DDR4-3200 CL20-22-22 @1.2V
      • XMP Profile #2: DDR4-2933 CL17-19-19 @1.2V

      LOL:
      Batteries: ‎1 Unknown batteries required.
      RAM Size: ‎12
      Memory Storage Capacity: ‎1 GB

what a load of crap. Amazon is amazing.

if you want it faster, Amazon Australia has it for $239 with faster delivery (next day for me).

I don't know how it even works for Amazon. UK option is cheaper for us to buy and more expensive for them to fulfil

  • You should've gotten 2, for dual channel.

    • Speed wasn't the consideration for me as I wanted to have the flexibility to go to 64gb in future. I am planning to have multiple VMs running.

If you get 2, then it'll match better :)

  • Great price! I paid mine $160 some time ago.

Very happy with them so far.

  • I wonder if this is the right decision at CL22, anyone have input?

Capacity is more important. Having lots of RAM opens doors.

    • depends on what you do. editing long videos, working in Photoshop with lots of layers, size will be more important than speed

for gaming you're better off with a 2x16 kit like I linked above that goes faster and has good support (can do 20-22-22 plug and play, or XMP)

gaming laptop hardly ever needs more than 16gb, 32 will be more than adequate

      • Should definitely get a desktop for gaming if you can. Laptops have limited upgradeability and less performance due to constraints of the chassis. Capacity is also to do with what other stuff you have running in the background. It sucks to have to close all your windows because of hardware constraints (i.e., lack of RAM) vs being able to pick right up where you left it.

  • wow this is great price

    ‎1 Lithium Ion batteries required.

    In the listing says so.

Btw, looks like Amazon price matching umart, https://www.umart.com.au/product/crucial-32gb-1x32gb-ct32g4s…

    • Umart shows $159 and out of stock to me

      • There were plenty stock I checked last night but looks like it was all snatched up. Some stores still have in stock but with delivery option, Amazon would be better off.

  • Compatible in a system that uses 2400 or 2666Mhz on normally? It should downclock right? Been a while since I've messed with SODIMM ram….

    • It should but check the compatibility page. I've had some laptops in the past where it'll accepts lower speed RAM but once you put in new higher speed RAM in them it won't post.

      • Fair enough, thanks

  • Bruh, my one from Prime day hasn't even arrived yet and it costed more.

  • OMG!
I put this beast in my Lenovo ThinkCentre M700 i5-6400T mini PC. Looks like it supports 64 GB RAM now.
The specification says the PC only supports 32 GB max though.

    • That's why I bought 32GB of ram for mine(Lenovo T-470S), as many of the specs are written before higher capacities are commonly available….. Hoping my bet was right :)

    Back in stock and cheaper!
