    Good guys is the worst if you experience any problems. Current call wait time is an hour and a half, with the worst music. They have phone options like specialized lines that go nowhere, and a callback service that doesn't function. Web messages just plain go unanswered

      From placing the online click and collect order to receiving concierge email was two days. I can't remember when I collected the item. This was about a three weeks ago.
