On New Balance eBay store, unfortunately most shoes on sale aren't really running shoes. Only found this New Balance Fresh Foam More v2 $67, and the rest are either very limited in sizes, aren't really on sale or lifestyle shoes.

      My experience from NB eBay was quite good if you have eBay Plus. Just print out the label and return the package at post office, received the refund in two day once the package delivered.

      Pretty decent actually.

      I broke my toe the day my new shoes arrived (no seriously)

      So I didn't get to try my new shoes until about 6 weeks later and then took several weeks to realise I was unhappy with them.

      I had to fuss a little bit but I eventually got a full refund for them.

      and the
      860v11 4E

      Do not fit the same :( the 10 edition is ever ever so slightly longer. The V11 was literally a tiny bit too small on one foot.

      Also my V10 Vietnam made, the V11 China.

      I'm considering the V12, but waiting for a good price and def want that same return policy.

      Which colour did you guys go for? When i select a colour the picture that shows up doesn’t match the colour description. Edit also it’s asking me to select shoe width in order to add to cart and when i do the price changes to $225

        Managed to get the white in size 10.5 US and wide fit (2E). Would have loved either of the blue colourways but us with wide feet usually are left with the boring colours 🥲

    I buy their cheapest shoe every year. They are great except they have the cheapest shoelaces I've ever encountered.

      The Vongo v5 was only available at the reduced price $67 after discount in white/helium colour.
      Looks like most sizes in this colour are almost sold out since yesterday.

    Still waiting on dispatch of a pair of shoes I purchased from the NB eBay store on Aug 8. Their customer service is beyond bad (no one replied to my eBay 'contact the seller' messages, phone support supposedly doesn't have anything to do with eBay sales). Got a reply 3 1/2 weeks later saying that they are following up with the warehouse but cannot say when the shoes will be dispatched.

    In future I will probably steer clear of their eBay sales because it seems like they don't have the support systems in place to properly service it when they get ozbargained.

    Their website it probably fine.
