You could have a Dutch oven the size of the Netherlands.

    • Few tins of your instant coffee of choice will get you there easy.

  • Don't worry I've solved it guys. $1 daal + $20 Pepperjack. Perfect

These are the best camping food.

  • Bah. The biryanis are still full whack

  • Don’t know what it is but something in that daal absolutely wrecks my guts.

    • +2

All good in my gut, did you have a look at the ingredients list? Nothing in there really looks like it should cause gut issues, though of course lentils can help you produce a bit more gas, though these don't really cause me any issues personally.

  • Wonder if there is a way to find out the expiry date on these…

Honestly, love these. One packet, with shredded chicken breast and extra veggies and its a solid healthy meal.
Only can buy 24 per order (but you can get the different flavours)

Just a heads up, of the 30 I ordered I am getting zero! Not a single one!

Any clue on the return rules for substitutes? Should've changed it to no substitutes but I figured the system would be slightly better and wouldn't give me the shit they did. Half of it is ok but for some reason they thought an Indonesian curry is a good substitute for an Indian one.

Yeah i got screwed on my order too, they appear to be delivering only 6 of the 20 i ordered and 4 of those 6 were subtituted to a different item i didnt want (i didnt even know product substitution was a thing). This was my first time ordering from coles online, what a great experience! probably be the last time too -_-
(And somehow i am still getting charged for 3 bags??)

I'm extra mad because they substituted 10 things with 5, so I'm getting half the amount of items for some reason, and the 5 items are just the Indonesian sauce kits so now I have to spend even more on ingredients to go into it. Basically spending double the amount of money for half the items! I'm with you, probably wont order these kinds of deals again from Coles.

        • +1

You can specify that you do not want substitutes.

          • @Yola: or you can nominate the substitute item as an option …..

So frustrated, in the same situation, but I also ordered some additional items to get up to the min $50 order, including milk, order was meant to arrive between 2-8pm yesterday 11 Aug, I just received an email advising that it will be delivered tomorrow saturday 13th 8am-12, no call, no sms to advise…..glad i didnt desperately need that milk!
Never ordering with Coles again if I can help it
