    Check the reviews, even 4 out of 5 star reviews state quality is poor/bits are breaking easily. The case seems great though?

    Got another 27 piece set as I love mine and I want one in every room

      I baught this 27 piece a while back.

      The bits seem to be ok (haven't really put it through much).

      The ratchet on the other hand is trash and breaks after very little use.
      The amazon reviews seem to say this too.

        Its been fine for me, I've only had it about a month but used it a few times for quite small jobs.

    Avoid the 70 piece (green) set because the bits are similar in hardness to camembert.

    Anybody have experience with these cheap Bosch drill bits? Can you drill more than 1 hole into concrete with a single drill bit before getting blunt?

      If you are lucky. I struggled badly to get 4 holes in brick, had to use smaller bits then expand the hole. As far as masonry goes they are cheap crap. At half price possibly still worth it though pending what you will use..

        I have these, I use it a lot especially the no.6 pushed the bit till its burned blue and black, 4Ah battery pack making only about 6 holes in very hard bricks. Took ages for my poorly hammer drill. The bits survived good, I guess made maybe 40 holes over its life.

        The Bunnings german made Kango brand bits are also very good and reasonable price if you only need one size. Sutton is also a very good brand used to be made locally.

        Dont buy cheap masonry bits, you will regret, the TCT cutting edge sometimes fall off. The cheap ones are poorly welded. Some bits I dont even know what tips they put on they get rounded off quickly. It has to be Tungsten Carbide. Actually don't buy cheap drills of any kind it's like using a blunt knife to cut tomatoes.
