Does this recharge for existing customers?

    • Webpage say new customers only….

    • Plenty of info about this on other deals - but basically:

      • On live chat you can say that you didn't realise this wasn't a recharge and they might let you 'port' to this new sim - you'll forego any leftover allowances and have to swap the SIM.
      • Or you can port out to somewhere else and back in again. eg a $2 Vodafone sim, or Gomo (esim, 30 day trial available) - becomming a "new customer"

Cheaper on ebay, $163 regular, various discount codes, I've got one bringing it down to $148. Pay with discounted gift cards, makes it even less.

  • Can anyone confirm if these plans or boost in general support visual voicemail.. iOS 15.x

    thanks.

    • No, boost doesn’t support visual voicemail. Still waiting for them to support eSIM too. Source: I am on boost now.

      • Visual voicemail works for me with Boost on iOS 15. Is that not normal?

I've had VVM with Boost for 3 years

  • Office works Price beat!

  • Coupon code doesn't work for me - "doesn't seem to be valid or has expired"

  • If I've got a Telstra plan that's expired, how do I go about making the switch to Boost? Do I have to cancel with Telstra first, and if so, can I keep my mobile phone number?

    • +1

You'll be able to port your number - it will ask you when you activate if you want a new number or keep your existing one.

I'd probably port over, and then call Telstra a day or two later and make sure they noticed you left, and tidy up any invoicing.

      • Thanks for the help
