    the screen will make you go blind

    some other mob was selling the 7480 for under $250 a while back with an fhd screen but only a 128gb sdd

    you can fix the ssd, you cant really fix the screen

  I have a lot of 7450-7490s. Like 10-15. A good number of them have keyboard issues; I suspect companies/government retire the ones with keyboard issues. I am yet to fix any of the keyboard issues through firmware updates.

  After the last batch of 4 that I bought I vowed never to buy Dell again.

  Read up on the keyboard issues right across the Dell range before buying.

    I've had a S/H E7250 for a couple years and occasionally a key gets stuck or doesn't work without hitting it hard. Then I vacuum the keyboard and it works fine again.

    In my case it seems to be just crumbs get under the works and jam it up.

    I wonder if your issue is different? Since you mention firmware.
