    No. I have the TCL 60P20US which I bought from a different eBay seller for about $700 just over two years ago. It was also repackaged but as new and I haven't had any issues with it. Great value TV.

  Purchased new 43 inch P725. Lasted 2 months minimal use , failed motherboard. Repair took 4 weeks and numerous phone calls, texts and emails to TCL and the repair agent. I have an ancient non smart 32 inch Panasonic led which runs almost 24/7. Hasn't missed a beat . Go figure. Quality control of TCL non existent.
