        Check Jason's advice. You might find that they come from the same factories, with the same quality control.
        Plus, can i assume that you've checked and found that there's only one TGA that regulates medicine quality and safety in Australia. Everything sold in Australia, whether generic, brand-name on whatever, is subject to the same high regulatory standards.

        They work differently. Different individuals often find that one works better for them. Plus, i find different ones work better for me at different times of the year, depending on whether it's dust, pollen, grass seeds etc that are triggering my hayfever.
        The best value is the one (or ones) that work for you.

        generally one tries telfast first, being a 3rd generation antihistamine, then zyrtec and/or claratyne, both 2nd generation

    Factor in: No TGA approval, unknown source or origin, overseas shipping time, postage/freight costs, non pharmacy supply chain handling of medicines, add GST at checkout (although theoretically this shouldnt occur it seems to on amazon) and if your so inclined to be worried about a potential breach of medicine import laws (3 months generally the maximum permitted) etc etc - you might come out $2 better off than this deal for 140 tabs:
