ISI the famous Austrian cream whippers brand used by millionaire chefs and MOSA is the Taiwanese rival that is trusted by poorer professional chefs. Unfortunately, prices for contender brands are usually as firm as the market leaders and it is true for this product as well.

I was looking for a cheap cream whipper for cream puffs and entertaining my kids and found that it could be had for as cheap as 30 bucks for aluminium ones. Many reviews mention that aluminium ones seize after a while when the thread are worn. So I wanted stainless steel ones and found that even cheap and cheerful Chinese ones are close to $100 each. And when I found MOSA going for $84.89, I was fully expecting a refund because that's exactly the same prize they charge for their home brand ones. Well, they sent me a MOSA so I'm here to share the news!!

The 1.0L one is only $10 more if you need a lot of whip cream. Othewise get 0.5L because it needs one charger while the bigger one needs two chargers. FYI, MOSA branded nitrous oxide chargers are $59.89 for 100 bulbs. MOSA also makes carbon dioxide chargers to make soda or nitrogen chargers to make nitro coffee that is compatible with this thing.

How well do these work to infuse the nang into the lungs?

  • If you want to skip the high price, check a few op shops.
These are often available under $20.
If it is for the nangs, a cracker and balloons on ebay would be the budget alternative.
