The 550s are just hype shoes. I reckon the Adidas Forum Low looks better. Note, most of the straps can be detached - I think it may have been just the 84 variants which were stitched on at one end.

I would expect cashback from Cashrewards, Shopback, etc to be invalidated for any transaction where you redeem this coupon code, as it is not listed as a permitted coupon code.
I purchased a pair of shoes from New Balance last year via Cashrewards and I redeemed a coupon code that was not listed on Cashrewards. Although the transaction tracked at the correct amount at first, cashback was declined about a month later.
However, this deal is still eligible for cashback offered on a card from a financial institution (e.g. AMEX, Westpac, Commonwealth Bank).

excellent, needed new tennis shoes. 2 pairs of 796s came to $204 less AMEX $50 so $77 a pair for $170 shoes which are next to impossible to get in my size and width at a discount price. Would have gone the 996 but no stock in my size.

Miscalculation - It was $138 for the UB 22.
I counted in the $50 Amex discount but didn't realise that since the total was under $200 at checkout, I didn't get the discount. But still get the Cashback, eventually, so $119, so not too bad. Should have jumped on earlier. But still a good price for UB 22.

I ordered on the 24th and received it a few days later…today I get an email saying it's been shipped and I can't see the transaction in my amex card. So who know what's going on.
I recently returned a few pairs of shoes to New Balance and they only refunded 1 pair. It's quite frustrating to have to follow up because it wasn't processed correctly from their end. Unfortunately, I paid with Zip and that makes it even more difficult with claims.
