Found it cheaper but can't be bothered looking for it again, also ebay has vouchers all the time so usually can apply a further 10% discount

These are the Gaselle brand and they are good quality, have you tried them? Bit rough to neg simply on the basis of a brand that you personally may not like.
Revoked my negative cause it may be unfair but negative vote are allowed on products. I have tried the product. The Giselle brand is a generic brand created by New Aim/Oz Plaza and sold on all market place websites like Catch, eBay, Amazon, Myer and Kogan.
Negging for issue with the seller. It's not my job to go looking for discount codes in order to make the last post a bargain. According to the description it was cheaper elsewhere.
I would hate to think how you would be treated if you had to make a warranty claim.

If you've got a discount code then post it in the deal, why leave it out? This is Aus number one bargain website after all.
I remember a mod negged a deal once because the rep left a discount code out the deal.No, wrong again. the members did not find it cheaper, the was the 5cm version. So what are you trying to do here, discredit anyone who comes and posts anything you don't personally like? It's an open public forum, people can make up their own minds about a deal. If you do have a comment, get your facts correct rather than just adding ill informed comments for the sake of it.

No, the people that add value to the site are the ones that go out and find the best prices on items and share it… not the users who come here thinking it’s free advertising.
I also suggest that you do not understand how sites like this work. It’s about finding the best deals not about advertising and letting the community decide if it is or not.
This means that if you post here, you open yourself up to both positive feedback as well as the negative. What you shouldn’t be doing to getting hostile towards anyone giving feedback that you don’t like. This always reflects badly on the person getting bent out of shape and doubly so if they are the representative for the items or store in the post.
I’m surprised that you haven’t made threats of legal action in this post (throwing around the “D” word like it’s candy) on anyone who dares have anything other than glowing commentary to your post. Check out some of the other posts where the OP has gone off on a rant and see how well that has worked out for them…

You need to look up what “defamatory” means and then re-read what WatchNerd said.
WatchNerd said nothing about your warranty performance, just that they would hesitate to buy from you fearing that if they did have any issues, you would possibly treat them the same way as you have reacted in this thread, aggressively and poorly.
Observations and opinions are not in and of themselves defamatory. Deformation is an outright lie or false accusation designed to cause injury to someone’s character… The thing here is, you are doing that damage to yourself.

It's a personal thing but I prefer the flat surface as it gives better contouring.
Wouldn't it be the other way around in terms of "cooling". Having molding for cooling vs a flat surface, as such the 7 or 11 zone listed cheaper by others are more "premium" than the one you listed.
Depends what you're looking for, for me it's not about the cooling so much. I have a couple of old footy injuries so for me it's about comfort.
My wife said no as she likes a bit more than 8cm's in bed.

I bought the Giselle 5cm 7 zone double bed size on ebay for $70 back in January 2022 from ozplaza.living. It was around $95, eBay had a 20% off code and I had purchased ebay giftcard at 10% off. 8-10cm seemed too high and not needed for my use. There were other sellers around for cheaper but wanted a reputable seller in case i needed to return.
It’s great, has stopped my back hurting from sleeping on my kid’s firm mattress. Would recommend.
Do the 'Cool Gel Toppers' actually work in keeping the surface cool throughout the night or does it only keep it cool for a short amount of time?
They do keep the surface cool but I wouldn't say it lasts all the way through the night. Eventually they tend to adjust to your natural body temp but given that we all tend to reduce temperature during long sleep periods it seems to work out pretty well.

Coll, you should have just put the the $10 discount code in the deal. Then, you could get the email signups from most people if they buy the mattress topper. I upvoted as it stops me having to bum around ebay looking for codes, but Ozbargain punters have names like “tightarse” for a reason!
