Some student sites need to to sign in to your uni portal and verifies you that way.
Some others use email. Same offer in https://www.studentbeans.com/au if unidays gives you a hard time.

No worries, UNIDAYs also have 10% off for the rest of the Pixel range but it removes the existing discount (so it ends up higher than the current price) which is why I very clumsily mentioned it stacks with $150 off. Sorry for the confusion.
