Sure it's not a refurb? I've seen a few people trying to sell refurbs on other forums and on ebay lately.
From my experience, COTD would NEVER sell refurbs as new…. :P
last time I got Logitech M305 refurbished from COTD, no reminder at the catch discription though, but the good thing is it was cheap for $14 plus $6 nsw shipping

I've also bought one from them last week (they've had this deal a few times now) and the 20$ coupon worked, I guess they deactivated by now.
It's not a refurb, brand new, and shipped in only 3 days for me.
bought one from the last deal with $20 off, retired my G518, awesome mouse and keyboard, comes with a mouse pad too. The MW3 logo isn't really a problem, just don't look at it.
Even though its tech exactly the same as the G110 you can't change the keyboard LEDs, always gonna be green :/.
LTS has the g105 for $39

I got mine almost a week ago. I would contact COTD.
I added it to my cart, and then quit the page. COTD emailed me back saying if there was a problem here's a 10% discount. So really I would have paid $71.82 + shipping, but I don't think I'll like the keyboard with MW3 splashed over it (plus it looks noisy when typing)
It is as noisy compared to a mechanical keyboard.
I too am using the keyboard and mouse right now. They were a great buy with the $20 off. The buttons didnt work well with the grip that was attached (stuck) but work great with the extra grip. I think a lot of people are holding off buying one because the moment they buy it QQQ will add the code :)
