        I feel so stupid. I guess the instruction manual says only to use a genuine Apple sharpener? I just tried whittling with a Swiss Army knife, but I’m not getting anywhere

        Lol. I think I have two pen licenses from changing schools around the time most kids get their pen licenses. I’m not sure I could pass the exam in adulthood. My writing legit just looks like scribbles, even to me.

    Surprisingly this has become a must for using an iPad for me, helps with the minor hand/finger fatigue using the iPad for long periods of time.

      If you’re currently using a first gen then the gen 2 will not work with your iPad.

      If you plan to upgrade your iPad to a newer model then you’ll need to also upgrade your pencil at the same time.

          Wacom got away with making pens that only work with a single model for years. The Pencil measures pressure, angle, and strokes very accurately and this is just what pens on that level cost. You’ll pay this much and more for a comparable quality pen or system with any other graphics tablet.

    Hi all, can anyone confirm if this model will work with standard (non-Pro or Air version) iPads? The Apple website only lists Pro and Air, but I've heard anecdotally that it works with others. Cheers
