Not as good as UMart the other day — that one expired quickly at $126. But at $143 this is still coming down below the Logitech official price of about $168 that most retailers seem to be sticking with for now. Posting in the hope a little competition will begin to kick in!

Just a heads up, digiDirect do list items for sale they don’t actually have in stock. Just be aware you may be kept waiting, as I was.

Huh. Right well I haven't actually ordered one yet. Still hoping for a bit cheaper, or else that the 3S coming down to $130 will drive the 3 down to $100 or so.

Same experience last time I ordered from digiDirect. They didn't even bother letting me know that the item was on backorder. I emailed them weeks later asking to cancel and they didn't even bother responding until a week later when the item arrived.

      Will avoid Digi-not-so-direct.

Yep, same happened with me too.

I hate retailers that resell items they don't have in stock. Fair enough if they let you know upfront of the delay, but these guys dont.

Well thanks for the warnings. To avoid any potential wait I have just bought it at JB hifi for $142 (price match via chat).

I've just done the exact same thing. Highly recommend price matching at JB

Hello. I've just checked our stock levels on this item, we have 30+ units of this item in stock at the time of my writing this. Thank you for your feedback.

i hate it how logitech does a Master 3 then a 3s etc.

also $142 seems a lot, wasnt this closer to $100?

    • 3s is new, hasnt been around yet. Also thr 3 has been around for a while.

    • Agree all they seem to be really doing is updating the same mouse model with slightly newer tech (just like mobile phones); and yes the previous models seem to end up going down to the low $100s once they've been out for a few months. Hoping the process will get moving faster..

Was briefly $123 on Digidirect eBay during their 20% discount. Sold out to fast.

Be aware of Bluetooth compatibility issues with Logitech MX devices and Apple AirPods, that can only be overcome by reverting to the use of the Logitech Bolt receiver (USB-A only).

  • So What's the upgrade from the 3?

I have the 3S. Phenomenal mouse, smooth scrolling and very ergonomic, it's replaced my gaming mouse. The infinity scroll is buttery smooth.

    • Hi, how do you find the weight of the mouse whe using? Its very heavy compared to gaming ones.

      • Doesn't feel heavy to me

        • Well my take now that I have got my hands on one is that it has noticeably more heft to it than any mouse I've used before, you can feel that as extra inertia when you flick the mouse rapidly back and forth. But the scroll wheel is amazing for long reports I have to skim through before finding the parts I need to read.

Don't know if any other mice have the same sort of wheel that swaps from ratcheted scrolling to free spinning to zoom through long documents, but that was what I was hoping for, and I love it. For that reason alone it's much better than my previous mouse (another logitech - M170).

For anyone who has JB Commercial access, they have the MX Master 3S for $138.74 (C&C or +$10 delivery). I picked one up myself last week.
I upgraded from the original MX Master which was 6 years old and still mostly working (scroll wheel middle click stopped working on me, hence the upgrade).

The quiet clicks are a big win for me. Happy with the upgrade from the original MX Master!

    • Anyone with Westpac will have access to that.

  • Back up to $168 on the website… but there is an eBay deal on at the moment!
