The 100W charger looks OK based on reviews on Amazon US.
Personally, i'd avoid it due to the lack of a proper Australian plug. Plus, I don't really like the style with a non-removable power cord.
The Baseus doesn't look like it's got a compliant power plug and it's a built in cable that angles upwards.
I'm wary of Baseus, there are a lot of reports of their power supplies catching fire with appalling warranty support.
I like Baseus cables and car chargers but still not sure about their wall chargers.
I've not had their 3 of 3 iPhone cables lasting more than 6-9 months.

Maybe made in China but Anker is a very well known reputable brand.

Anker is probably one of if not the most respected brands for chargers and batteries… search ozbargain to see lots of good posts\comments on them. Most complaints are that they take awhile for new model products to come to Australia! I've had heaps of their products in the past and very happy with them
Far as I’m aware Anker are the only 3rd party brand who design and engineer their products from scratch.
Yes they're Chinese brand, but they always design their own product and was the first to introduce GaN chargers to the market back in 2018. Anker's market cap is currently around $5 billion.

The one listed by OP supports a max of 45W through a single usb-c port whereas the one you listed (newer model) supports max power of 60W and therefore is better if you plan to charge your laptop.
Depends really if you want a desktop or wall charger. Personally I'd go with the OP one.
FWIW i actually have the op one, it's pretty good. good build quality.
I've got a desktop charger like the OP one, older model but it does the job (1 USB C and 4 type A). Probably gonna try grab the I linked for portability reasons (laptop charging purposes, already have PD cables up to 100w around).

Had this for about a year after my last one(can’t remember the brand) failed. Use it daily and it is absolutely rock solid.
