Don't really want electric start. Just something that could fail in the future.
Yes. The old 2-strokes were a bastard to start sometimes, but even a cheap 4-stroke should start first pull every time, and not much strength needed.
Ditto with the self propelled junk.
Yeah holy shit are people so lazy now days they need a self propelled lawnmower with electric start. Ok if you have a bad back or are 80 years old.
My 25 years old briggs and stratton mower starts first pull every time. The wheels are about to fall off and the throttle cable broke about 10 years ago so i use the thing on engine for rev it up. Apart from that it just won't die and jas plenty of power for mulching tree branches when i cut my trees back. Electric mowers couldn't do that.
Too big, too heavy and fabric grass catcher is a deal breaker. I'd prefer to spend extra and buy one from a reputable brand.
Just buy a second hand mower off Gumtree for like $40 , the old mowers are indestructible and they will outlast this hunk of junk and they actually have more power than all these new landfill mowers

This has to be a lie… not even a $5000 toro push mower at 21" is 221cc.
The largest tends to be 196cc these days due to emissions.

Any feedback on these? Alloy deck? Whats the catch with these? The catcher also looks very similar to ozito $99 piece of junk.
I would only buy it if I had a very large yard to mow for the self propel function as they are normally heavy to manouverve around your average sized block.
The self propel parts would be hard to source in a few years time as well.This is what people arent told.. self propelled doesnt mean it goes by itself. Its assisted pushing. Youre meant to push the mower then engage the self propelled. Otherwise you WILL screw the gearbox up.
