Wired version available for $49 Amazon

      • Thanks I prefer wired one for taking with me because I know I’ll never leave it behind

  • What's the difference between Pro & X Hyperspeed?

    • X Hyperspeed needs AA/AAA battery

      Pro has an inbuilt battery

    • In addition to the battery thing as stated in the other comment. The V2 pro does not have onboard memory. With the V2 hyperspeed, you can adjust setting on synapse and then uninstall it.

    • X Hyperspeed needs AA/AAA battery
      Pro has an inbuilt battery

The V2 X HyperSpeed has CPI buttons on the edge of the left click instead of being behind the scroll wheel.
Also, the V2 X HyperSpeed has no RGB lighting or side grips, and you can't use it wired.

The V2 X Hyperspeed sports the Razer 5G Advanced Optical Sensor, which is usually packed along with their smaller and multi-purpose mice, as opposed to the Razer Focus+ Optical Sensor on both the V2 and V2 Pro. The V2 X Hyperspeed can scale up to 14,000 DPI, while the other Deathadders can play around with 20,000 DPI.

the V2 X Hyperspeed version opts for standard mechanical switches over optical mechanical switches on the V2 Pro for the left- and right-click buttons.

  • I wonder if the side stickers still peel off super quickly…

    • What side stickers? Nothing on mine…..

      • Rubber grip, was a problem on the old DA.

    • If you mean the rubber grips it is not a problem. I also had an old Deathadder Chroma from around 2017 which had the rubber peel off but this version has the entire side as rubber rather than just a small thumb rest area and is much better in that regard.

These mice have an issue with disconnecting. It happened to me and after uninstalling the razor software is still occurs, but less. It was doing it like every 30 mins. Huge pain in the arse.

There are thousands of internet discussions regarding the issue. Buyer beware. Known fault.

    • I was experiencing the same issue for the exact model therefore I refunded it from Amazon. Some fork mentioned it isn't a common issue as he has multiple mice and never experienced this issue. I am now confused.

  • just bought this mouse, im liking it so far wish it was usb c tho
