      Potentially you need to get rid of your cart then reapply the code as I've seen Dyson go back to RRP when I've added additional items to the cart whilst an discount code was previously entered.

          Just bear in mind, the "Animal" in the name is purely relating to the attachments that come in the box - it doesn't actually make the vacuum itself any more or less competent with pet hair.

          For pet hair, I've found the Motorbar head is insanely good (this comes with most/all of the models from 2022 I think).
          I just got a V8 yesterday and completely filled it with mostly pet hair and there wasn't a single hair stuck in the head afterwards, which would've been impossible on my old DC35.

    I got a refurbished V8 for $399 last year and still find it expensive for what it is, but at least I vacuum more often. Because. like any other cordless vacuum cleaner, it's handy.

    Ended up ordering 2x V15s from the Dyson website (sorry credit card), 1 for $1,124 (legacy discount) and 1 for $1,199 (or $1,055 or slightly higher due to the GST component not being eligible for the cashback calculation).

    We'll find out if CR doesn't honour the code in the next few days, I will just return the other one postage free as Dyson has 45 days money back guarantee. Yes more hassle, but it's worth the extra $ saving particularly when everything is going up these days.

        fluffy head is perfect for people who have at least half hard floors of some kind in the house, it wont flick stuff around, picks up more than the standard head can.

    Any experience of people selling new dysons on market place? I am eyeing a V7 animal for around $250. I have seen brand new V8 for $250 too. I wonder if they are so bad as compared to 10, 12 or 15?

      V7 have been $350 and V8 have been $399 brand new. both are only spot cleaning stick as they don't have the power and run time to do a whole house, V10 upwards is what you what to do a whole house

          I had a quick google, If reading correctly the global version or some version of the model only comes with a soft roller head that is only for hard floors. I see the AU version has both heads.

    I rang The Good Guys Blacktown. They can't price match and give away those 3 accessories as its Dyson directly doing that offer. I couldn't decide on V8 or V10. Finally ended up buying V10 thats going to replace our 4.5 year old Big Ball Dyson. I then realised eBay $50 discount. I tried to chat with Dyson customer care team and they couldn't honour the extra discount as its eBay. I did get shopback cashback of $19.06.

        I bought it off my parents when they upgraded about 3 years ago I think it was (they wanted one with a bigger bin). They got it not long after it was released in 2018 so it’s 4ish years old

        Genuine battery is $149 delivered from Dyson for the V10. I have the same issue, I am on my 3rd battery now (<3 years) so went the V15 as well. I am going to use the v10 in the camperbus now and replace the battery.

        The v10 battery is notorious for dying though as it overheats in turbo mode and if you charge it whilst hot (which I tend to do), lifespan greatly diminishes. The camperbus is a lot smaller than the house, so won't be overheating doing the clean in that.

          I played with one at JB yesterday and found that the regular vac mode is just too slow, fast was ok and boost seemed more reasonable to me.

    Dyson V15 Absolute is still $1199. If you have clicked cancel coupon or have entered the other coupon (ie MOOREDYSON) you will need to browse in incognito or clear the site cookies to get it to work and back to $1399 without a coupon, $1199 with the coupon.

      We got the V10 2 days ago and it seems fine to me. Got the accessories kit and I've ordered a third party "fluffy head"for the hardwood floors.

      The suction seems decent, is very convenient to not use cables.

    Dang! V8 and V10 OOS. I was holding out for a deal to buy one of these for work… Hopefully V8 back in stock before this expires.
