      With large package, you can have six domains hosted on it. Primary domain can be easily changed any time from DirectAdmin Control Panel.

      Remote backups are done through JetBackup in cPanel - not three days in a week but once in a week and stored for one month.
      We do not have 24/7 live support, no technical support is provided through live chat, only sales. Even support ticket is not 24/7, but we reply tickets within 1-6 hours.
      Uptime is 99%.

      "Yearly recurring discount" - for cPanel we have mentioned that every year price will increase and won't remain fixed. This is due to the price hikes by cPanel software.

      Please make sure that you are not copying the space in the beginning or ending of the username or password from an email as it is not part of it. Submit a support ticket if you are still having this issue so we can look into it.

      Yes, all discounts are recurring. However only cPanel one - this price can change every year due to software cost, all other services have recurring price.

      No differences in features, only difference is latency.
